Consumers should pay attention to the following points when purchasing and using aluminum alloys for building profile products:

1. Check the certificate of product ex-factory quality, pay attention to the date of manufacture, standards, technical conditions, company name, and production permit number.

2. Observe the appearance of the goods carefully. The goods should be bright and shiny, and the gloss should be good. There should be no visible defects such as scratches or bubbles.

3. Be sure to pay attention to the wall thickness of the product. The thickness of the door and window material should be no less than 1.2mm, and the wall thickness can be calculated according to the area bearing capacity.

4. Pay attention to the thickness of the outer coating of the product, the film thickness of the anodized goods is not less than 10μm, the film thickness of the electrophoretic paint is not less than 17μm, the thickness of the powder coating does not exceed the scale of 40-120μm, and the fluorocarbon coating is applied The goods should be more than two coats, not less than 30μm.

5. Users in coastal areas are better to choose products with good corrosion resistance, such as electrophoretic paint profiles, powder spray profiles or fluorocarbon spray profiles.

6. When used for normal protection, other hard objects such as brushes should not be used as cleaning items. Soft cotton yarn and cotton cloth should be selected.

7. It is possible to use water, detergent and pandan while cleaning, but not with other organic materials.
